This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our digital products, online courses, and workshops.
1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of courses, recorded content, and digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Failure to understand the content
- Personal reasons
2. Duplicate Payment
If you have been charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, please contact us within 3 days.
- Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
3. Workshop / Live Session Policy
a) Cancellation by User
- No refund will be provided if you cancel your registration.
- You may request a reschedule (one-time only) for a future batch, subject to availability.
b) Cancellation by Us
If a workshop is cancelled or postponed by us:
- You will be offered either:
- A full refund, OR
- A rescheduled session
4. Access Issues
If you are unable to access the course after successful payment:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Our team will resolve the issue at the earliest
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues once access has been successfully provided.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
6. Abuse & Policy Violation
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- There is evidence of course content misuse or sharing
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
